Everest Three Passes Trek is certainly a harder option trek compared to the Lukla Everest Base Camp Trek that most people do, but the experience of climbing over the passes and seeing much more of the high country including the Gokyo lakes will be amazing. The Everest High Pass Trek takes us through three different valley system linked by high passes in Khumbu region of Nepal on the doorstep to Mount Everest.

Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu [1,300m/4,264ft]

Day 02:Kathmandu: sightseeing and trek preparation

Day 03:Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding [2,651m/8,700ft]: 40 min flight, 3-4hr trek

Day 04:Phakding to Namche Bazaar [3,438m/11,280 ft]: 5-6hr

Day 05:Namche Bazaar: Rest and acclimatization

Day 06:Namche Bazaar to Tengboche [3,860m/12,660 ft]: 5-6hr

Day 07:Tengboche to Dingboche [4,360m/14,300 ft]: 5-6hr

Day 08:Dingboche to Chhukung [4,750m/15,580 ft]: 3-4hr

Day 09:Climb Chhukung Ri [5,546m] and trek back to Chhukung: 4-5hr

Day 10:Cross to Kongma La pass [5,535m/18,159ft], trek to Lobuche [4,940m/16,210ft]: 6-7hr

Day 11:Lobuche to Gorak Shep [5,170m/16,961ft], visit Everest Base Camp [5,364m/17,594 ft]: 6-7hr

Day 12:Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar [5,545m/18,192 ft], then to Lobuche [4,940m/16,207ft]: 8-9hr

Day 13:Lobuche to Dzongla [4,830m/15,850ft]: 3-4hr

Day 14:Trek to Gokyo [4,800m/15,580ft] via Cho La pass [5,368m/17,611ft]: 7-8hr

Day 15:Rest day in Gokyo: Climb Gokyo Ri [5,357m/17,575 ft], tour 4th and 5th Gokyo lakes: 3-4hr

Day 16:Gokyo to Marlung [4,210m/13,810ft] via Renjo La Pass [5,360m/17,585ft]: 7-8hr

Day 17:Marlung to Namche Bazaar: 5-6hr

Day 18:Namche Bazaar to Lukla: 6-7hr

Day 19:Lukla to Kathmandu: 40min flight

Day 20:Final Departure
